Who is better, Dhaos, Sephiroth, or Alucard?

Hailing from the first/oldest Tales of title, Dhaos is the main antagonist sent from his homeworld to collect the mana seed from th world on which the game takes place. Effectively known for his Dhaos Laser, he is an extremely powerful time traveler bent on collecting the mana seed to restore his planet. He has three forms when facing him in combat, the first being his standard humanoid form. This one is hard enough to beat. The second form is some creature he turns into, and this form is even harder, only because the first form is hard enough. Finally, he prays to his gods to grant him power to keep fighting for the sake of his planet and becomes a winged demi-god. Boy oh boy was that a fun fight. Anyway, in my opinion, fighting Dhaos is a hell of a lot harder than fighting Sephiroth. Dhaos also makes several appearances in other Tale of games. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology he is a boss in one of the EX Dungeons. IN Tales of Vesperia, he is the 125th person you fight in the 200 man melee fight at the arena (under the name of Time Traveler), his Mystic Arte being his Super Dhaos Laser.
By the way, I hope Dhaos is one of the 35 characters in the Tales of Vs. game that is coming out in August. Cless for the win.

Sephiroth, the man, the myth, the experiment, originally came from the game Final Fantasy VII, which has achieved great praise over all of the other Final Fantasy games. Born from Lucrecia, this man was experimented on in his early childhood, injected with Jenova cell (giving him his power, by the way, nobody really knows that), and became a 1st Class SOLDIER in the Shinra Army. After he traveled to the Mako Reactor in Nibelheim, he learned of the experimentation on him and swore revenge against the world. We all have seen the fire scene, that was a flashback for anyone who did not know. It helps to actually play the game. While he is a very powerful final boss, he lacks in the hand to hand combat he is so commonly known for. His first form goes under the name Bizarro, the second form his One Winged Angel form, the name for which he is so famous. His trump card is the Supernova, the longest "summon" (AS IT IS CLASSIFIED AS A SUMMON) in any of the FF games. Good god, you could walk away from the tv, get a drink, make a sandwich, go to the bathroom, take a shower, and still get back in time to see Mercury being blown up. Yes, the sun evelops the solar system. His third form is the one people find to be a joke, there is a reasopn for that. First off he has no shirt on. Second, he has 0 hp (figure that one out). Third, the freaking Limit Bar fill up on its own, Omnislash anybody? All in all, Sephiroth was amazing. Who else would summon a meteor to destroy the earth to gain power over the Black Materia? He is seen in several other games, including the FFVII sets, the Kingdom Hearts series, an the soon to be realeased in english Final Fantasy Dissidia. Those games shiow how truly badass he is with his hand to hand combat (with his freaking long sword).

Finally, hailing in from the shadows of the estate we call Castlevania (that is the true name of Dracula's castle by the way), we have the half vampire, hald human, all badass: Adrian Farenheight Vepes. A.K.A. Alucard, the son of Dracula. I'll talk about him when I get more time, look him up for now.
